Project Details

Sundragon engineered multiple ticketing and point-of-sale systems deployed across hundreds of events.

iOS Point-of-Sale Application Developed a native iOS application supporting ticket sales, merchandise transactions, customer management, digital liability waivers, and guest list administration. The system processed high-volume check-ins (100+ simultaneous arrivals) while maintaining operational clarity.

Ticketing Pipeline Constructed an automated workflow connecting Squarespace to internal Google Sheets, enabling non-technical staff to manage pricing and event logistics without ongoing developer involvement.

Membership & Website Infrastructure Extended the Squarespace platform with membership capabilities and custom ticketing interfaces, establishing recurring revenue structures and community engagement tools.

Livestream Broadcasting Operated OBS Studio to distribute multi-platform streams (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) serving 100–180 weekly participants during pandemic-era virtual events. Managed audio routing from Zoom, DJ feeds, and MixLR streams.

Operational Leadership Managed volunteer coordination across three weekly events, overseeing 30+ staff members. Responsibilities included onboarding, training, protocol enforcement, and real-time problem resolution across event setup and execution cycles.

Ongoing Support Continues providing email infrastructure, Discord administration, technical mentoring for new team members, and on-call system support.
